Large double bedroom in awesome split-level flat
Very large double bedroom in a pretty awesome split-level flat literally next to swiss cottage tube station, for young professional or graduate student.
The bedrooms are upstairs along with the common bathroom. The smaller bedroom has an attached half bath with sink and shower. The lower level of the flat has a kitchen, common area, and balcony.
It is a 6th floor flat, in a big building (with an elevator).
You would be sharing with my flatmate Pat, a 5th year LBS PhD student.
There are 3 nice grocery stores within 10 minutes of the flat, which is not the case in many neighborhoods in London.
The tube station is literally in front of the building and there are several bus lines which can take you directly to Camden, Picadelly and most other central locations.
The room is available from June 1st.
The current rent for the larger room is 890 pounds per month (The rooms are differently sized and the large room is very large). This includes heating and hot water. (the other bills - electricity and water consumption are about 20 pounds per month each-so very minor)
- £890 pcm (double)
