I have been in London for 18 months from Australia working as a professional in the banking sector. As a flatmate, I am friendly, easy going and respectful. Preference is for applicates who are easy going, working professionals and keeps clean but all are welcome to inspect.

I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom first floor flat. The room on offer is a single room but with lots of sunlight, closet space and drawers. It is situated in a nice pretty neighbourhood close to parks and only 3 tube stops from central London (Bond St/Oxford St). There is a gym and library nearby and shops on high street is 8 mins away. The place is furnished with all amenities including bed, sofa, fridge, tv, washing machine, computer server and fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop). The property is 8 mins walk to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line) and 10 mins walk to Belsize Park (Northern line). Please see photos.
