There is a new bathroom that you will share with one other person, the flat has two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with both washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer.

The room is fairly small, but comfortable, with plenty of storage space, and is very quiet considering the location.

One months rent plus one months deposit is required, and the rent doesn't include bills, however the bills are very reasonable. Bills inc. Gas, water, electric and wifi.
