Room is in a sometimes busy, always friendly, family home. However as the room is situated on the 3rd (top) floor, it is a very peaceful retreat. Suited to people who don't mind cats, small children or people coming and going (visiting adult children and grandchildren)! Sometimes quite noisy, other times totally quiet. Shared kitchen and bathroom (2). Lovely communal garden with fire pit and house backs on to park. 1 min to bus stops and 10 min walk to Brockley, Nunhead and New Cross Gate stations. We are an ethnically mixed bunch, so anyone who doesn't mind different smells of food being cooked and who is friendly and adaptable is welcome! I like the house kept clean and reasonably tidy, but it is a family home not a showroom.
