Room to let near Tower Hill tube (zone 1)

Hello! We have a room in our awesomely located, if a little compact, flat to rent from 1 May this year. It's a great flat and conveniently located 5-10 mins from Tower Hill and Aldgate tube stations and Tower Gateway DLR.

You'd be sharing with three sociable, friendly, creative housemates (two guys and a girl).

We realise how much of a bargain it is so we'd like to say in advance that we're sorry we can't reply to everyone who expresses an interest, but we will read messages from everyone who responds. To make yourself stand out please do let us know about yourself and link to any blogs or FB pages or Twitter or whatever. We'll be having viewings from the beginning of next month.

Ideally we're looking for someone who has a weekday 9-5 job and is up for hanging out generally with everyone else - cooking house meals, watching films or going out to bars - from time to time. We'd like someone clean and tidy who does their dishes and pitches in with cleaning (we have a dishwasher and the floors are laminated so it's not too hard!) and will pay bills and rent on time, and feel at home here!

The room is small but contains: a double bed, bedside table with drawers, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, bin, window! Probably not ideal if you have lots of stuff!

Rest of maisonette:
No lift sorry!

Entrance ground floor- shared with one other neighbour. Stairs to 2nd floor.

Private entrance to maisonette hallway - room for shoes, coats, and there's a book shelf and storage space.

Kitchen/living room-Very cosy, new IKEA red kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, massive fridge, cupboards. There's also a sofa, table and big widescreen TV (& Sky+) in the lounge part, which has patio doors out to a large balcony with table, chairs and BBQ.

Lovely tiled bathroom with amazing shower, extraneous bidet and toilet. No bath sorry!

3 bedrooms upstairs.

All laminate floors except the bedroom for rent, which has carpet!
