Shad Thames House - Near the River - Zone 1

Hi there,

I am looking for two new housemates to join our beautiful three storey house on Mill Street (SE1). It's a fantastic location - only a street away from Shad Thames and all the restaurants and bars in the area. We are also right next to Tower Bridge and the River, Borough and Maltby street food markets are within walking distance.

The city is only a 20 minute walk down the Thames so the location is perfect for those working in that area. It is easy to get to anywhere in central London on the Jubilee line or Northern line or walking.

The nearest tubes are London Bridge, and Bermondsey all about 10 minutes walk away. There are also plenty of bus options from Tower Bridge.

There is also FREE PARKING in a secure car park with this room.


Two rooms will be available from the 3rd September. The rooms are a good sizes with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The house has a spacious lounge, dining room, good sized kitchen and big bathroom.

There are currently three of us living here (2 guys, 1 girl) however sadly two are leaving due to buying their own properties. I am keeping hold of the house and renewing the contract as I love living here.

I work in the city, I am really laid back and easy to live with. I am looking for two new flatmates who are sociable, clean and friendly and like to have a beer/wine on the weekend.

Rent is £760 per month and bills come to around £120.

Bills include:

Sky + HD - Sports and movies
Unlimited broadband
Cleaner - Twice a month (including bedrooms)
All utilities and Council Tax

A deposit of £950 will also be required.
