Great House Share in Mile End

We are Emma, Karen and Melissa and we are looking for a forth housemate to join our urban family in Mile End.

A little bit about us...we are all late 20s early 30s professionals. Between us, one is an Executive PA for an Interior Design/Construction Company, one is a Textile designer and the other does very clever things with computers. One of us is obsessed with coconut water, one with Chicago town pizza and one with bagels. We are very sociable ladies. We are all lively and full of banter

There is a quirky basement with lots of space for storing things (i. e. shoes...lol.) We do like to have friends round etc but likewise we're not the sort of folk that will bring the entire random population of the local nightclub back to the house and declare a party. Our house is a home and we like it that way but neither do we require 24 hours notice if a friend wants to crash.

We are friendly, caring, considerate, all right cooks, full of banter, constantly joking, film lovers, hangover sufferers, festival goers and occasional potty mouthers. The list is endless.

We are also clean, tidy and respectful...if you use the pan, wash the pan etc.

A bit about the house...as i'm sure you have all experience, the words 'amazing' and 'stunning' are floated around a lot in adverts when clearly the pad turns out to be anything but. I can honestly say we have a beautiful home with ample space. The house is 4 double bedrooms. The room available is furnished with great matching furniture.

There is a table in the kitchen, dishwasher, separate laundry area with washer and tumble drier, open lounge, south facing outdoor space, shed for storage, 2 bathrooms and tiled flooring and carpet.

Mile End tube is 5 minutes walk away. The house is managed by an estate agent so there are admin fees of £144 to cover reference checks per person, six weeks deposit as well as the usual months rent up front. There is an additional charge to renew the contract as the letting period runs from 20th June for the year.
