we have one Double Room available to rent in a 3 Bed / 2 Bathroom Ground Floor Flat in Chiswick.

The Property
We are looking for a new flatmate as our current Flatmate is moving out to be with his other half.
You will share with Marc (French) and Andrea (Italian) in a lovely 3 bedroom house in Chiswick about 5 min walk from Turnham Green tube station (District + Piccadilly early am and late pm).
We are looking for a non smoker (preferably but smoker ok but only in the garden) professional, single, preferably working unsocial hours to fit with ours, late 20/30ies, young and liking to have fun but serious and respectful of our home, to come and share this well-kept and clean place. A female Flatmate would be a nice change but we are open to everyone, as long as you care about where you live.
The house is a ground floor flat with a nice paved garden (for bbq), large living room with sofas, tv with freeview, internet, free international phone to Europe & the US, Australia & New-Zealand, and 20 other countries worldwide.
There is an open plan kitchen into the living room, the latter also contains a dining table for 4 (can be extended for parties).
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher.
We have a small utility cupboard for our washing machine dryer, additional dryer, hoover, ironing table etc...
There is the possibility to park one extra car on the driveway.
Transport wise a bus stop can be found within steps from the house, and will take you to Chiswick High Street or Acton High Street. Or if you are not in the mood for walking, to Turnham Green tube station within 2 stops (where the tube will take you to Heathrow airport in about 30/40 min).
At night, the N11 will carry you back all the way from Central London (Trafalgar Square) to our doorstep. Bus 94 is also a 24 hr service from Piccadilly but you will deposit you at Turnham Green so you will have to attempt this 5 minute walk after all...!
Within a 5 minute ride on the bus, you can find Acton Kiss Gym or Fitness First gym. We also live within yards of a nice park with tennis courts available to all.
Your room is a double room with a double bed, fully furnished with a bed table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Additional storage facility exist in a little wooden hut in our back garden but to be honest, this is already pretty full to the top!!
The bedroom is situated at the front of the house. The area is very calm however if you are a really light sleeper, the occasional night buses might wake you up, although the previous tenants never found it to be an issue.
The bedroom has a thick lovely carpet and leads onto the main entrance corridor.
You will share the bathroom with the other double room. There is another ensuite bathroom with the 3rd room.
The bathroom has got a powerful shower and is kept very clean.
We have put in place a cleaning roster but this will be discussed with you when we meet.

Bills are all inclusive in the rent. A UK bank account is needed to organise a standing order to my account for the rent/bills payment (as I pay the whole amount to our landlady).
Our landlady is very friendly, helpful and will want to meet you at some point.
By Bills we mean Council tax, electricity & gas, tv licence, wireless internet, telephone, water and some laundry stuff.
Please note a deposit of a month rent will be required and as in most places, we pay the rent on the first day of the month.
