Great double room in friendly chiswick flat share

Spare room in two bed, two bathroom flat in leafy Chiswick. The flat is on the second floor of a new build gated block.

The flat is situated between Turnham Green, Chiswick Park and South Acton station. Good amenities nearby - Chiswick high street and good pubs/restaurants on doorstep.

The flat is high spec, fully furnished and the room available is large with a king size bed, good sized wardrobe, dressing table and two bed side tables. My room is en-suite so there will be no issue sharing the spare bathroom.

The room is available for 850-900pcm (including all bills such as council tax, electricity, sky and broadband). Although willing to flexible for a good possible housemate.

I'm looking for a low maintenance, fun, clean and reliable housemate and also someone who I can get on with. Preferably female, professional, 25-35.

I work in the city and generally have quite long hours but enjoy coming home cooking and relaxing in front of the TV during the week, if I'm not out playing tennis, out with friends or at the gym.
