A room is available in our lovely 3 bedroom period conversion in Chiswick. I have lived here for over a year and a half and have really enjoyed it. The area is so nice. Lots of restaurants and within easy reach of the Thames Path if you fancy a riverside stroll.

The flat is under five minutes walk from Turnham Green tube station which is zone 2/3 and is served mainly by the district line. However, when the night tubes start the Piccadilly line will also stop here meaning you won't have any stresses about getting home from your night out. There is also a fair few buses that run all night from Liverpool Street/Central London/Camden/Hammersmith so you'll never be stranded!

It is also minutes from Chiswick High Road with all of its restaurants and pubs.

The room: comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a built in set of shelves.

The two other flatmates are female, 25 and both work full time. We all enjoying catching up in the evenings so it would be great if the new flatmate was sociable and not just a bedroom-dweller!

The money -
Rent is £650 and is paid on the 7th of every month
Bills come to around £70-80 each.
Deposit is £900. It will be held in the govt deposit scheme.
Agency fee of £150 will apply for admin & referencing checks.
