Small patio (we have a table and chairs) just outside the front door, perfect for BBQs! Bathroom is narrow but the shower is really spacious. Half flight of stairs leads up to first double bedroom (the one available, shown in pictures) and the huge living room with two sofas and fireplace (decorative). Another half flight of stairs leads up to the second bedroom.

The bedroom on offer has a large built-in wardrobe, a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and shelving unit, and it is carpeted. The room costs £807.15 per month.

I am an actor and a private tutor, so I work from home sometimes but am out a lot. I'm clean, friendly and easy to live with! Would love to find someone who doesn't mind chilling out with a movie every now and again!

Bills work out to an additional £173.48 per person, per month. This includes gas, electricity, Sky TV and broadband, council tax, water and a cleaner who comes every fortnight.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Turnham Green station which is on the District and Piccadilly lines. It's 20 minutes on the District line to Victoria Station and about 25 minutes on the Piccadilly line to Leicester Square so it really is an excellent spot to be in for easy travel. You can also get the bus a couple of stops in the other direction to Gunnersbury overground. There are numerous bus services right on the door step.

My current lovely flatmate is moving back home to Ireland to be with her family, so would love to find someone equally lovely to enjoy this gorgeous flat with. Flat will be available from 9th June.

The flat is managed by an independent agent who are located on Chiswick High Road and are truly excellent; the few times we've needed something in the past 3 years, they have it sorted within 24 hours! *There will be NO tenancy admin fees.*
