Short term let, 4 months, Clapton area

My double room is available from the end of November 2014 to the end of March/mid-April 2015 whilst I'm working abroad. I would like to find someone to take the room for the whole period if possible.

The flat has a huge open plan kitchen and living room, which overlooks a large garden. Recent maintenance work has led to a newly decorated lower level and bedrooms, including new carpets and lighting. The room includes a solid wooden bed with a memory foam mattress, a chest of drawers and wardrobe along with plenty of shelf space.

The housemates:

Both lads in their mid-to-late twenties; one works in advertising, the other in engineering. We all get on as a household, treating the flat as a place to relax during the week and at weekends, often hanging out to watch football or a film. We all have our own social lives but like to go out for a drink together from time to time.

If you’re looking for a party flat, this isn’t the place. We’re not boring though.

The location:

It’s a 7 minute walk to either Clapton station or Rectory Road station. Both stations serve London Liverpool Street in about 15 minutes. Clapton station also takes you North to the increasingly popular Walthamstow in less than 10 minutes, where you can connect to the Victoria line. Rectory Road also connects to Seven Sisters and the Victoria line.

It’s only a 10 minute walk to Stoke Newington High St and Church St or a 15 minute walk to Chatsworth Road, Lower Clapton and Hackney Downs.
