Flat share in Vauxhall (Wandsworth Road)

I'm looking for a flat mate to share a well maintained spacious flat on Wandsworth Road, Vauxhall.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bed-side table and large fitted wardrobe.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished and comes with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, lots of storage and two balconies (one off the living room overlooking Battersea Power Station and one to the rear off the kitchen).

Southbank Gym is a 30 second walk from the flat and both Pure Gym and The Gym having branches around a five minute walk from flat. There's a huge new Sainsbury's supermarket due to open in the next couple of months that is just a minute away.

Situated on Wandsworth Road the flat has great transport links with the 77 (Waterloo-Tooting), 87 (Wandsworth-Aldwych) & 196 (Elephant & Castle-Norwood Junction) bus routes on Wandsworth Road and the 2 (Marylebone-Norwood) & 88(Camden-Clapham) from South Lambeth Road (2 mins away). Vauxhall mainline (South West Trains) and Underground (Victoria Line) stations are around 6-7 minute walk away.

You'd be sharing with me, Gareth, a 39-year old professional guy. I'm a project manager in the public sector and work pretty long hours at times. I'm fairly tidy, pretty easy going and like to spend weekends/free time catching up with friends or TV box-sets.

Looking for a flat mate who respects each other's privacy, someone who I can go out for a pint with etc and someone who is clean and tidy.
