Large double room available in Vauxhall shared flat, from 7th of December

The room is quite big (4. 5 m x 2. 8 m), with king size bed and a comfortable mattress, built-in wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers. It’s quiet, and has loads of light.

Rent is £800 per calendar month, paid in advance, and includes all bills, including broadband internet, sky tv and cleaner once a week. There is no minimum stay, you just need to give a month’s notice before you leave. Deposit is £800

The Flat is an ex-local authority 3 bedroom maisonette, refurbished 8 years ago and in good condition. We have a good size eat-in kitchen, lounge, sunny patio garden, bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat is located in a low-rise block which is safe and quiet.

You will sharing with 2 other guys, ages 38 and 39, both of us Spanish professionals, sociable, easy-going and reasonably clean, one gay one straight, and happy with either. Note that I am the owner of the place and I live here, so it will be sharing with the landlord, however on a daily basis we’re equal flatmates.

The flat is very central, located on Black Prince road, 3 mins walk from the river and within 10 minutes walk to either Vauxhall, Kennington or Lambeth north tubes, 15 mins walk to Waterloo. Buses 3 and 159 stop less than 5 minutes away, and take about 15 mins to central London. There is a big Tesco supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the flat, and there is a good selection of pubs and restaurants in Kennington cross, just 5 minutes walk down the road, plus a good number of bars and clubs around Vauxhall station.
