The Room
Extra large double room with large window and closet; fully furnished with a large wardrobe with drawers, KING size bed, bookshelf and bedside table.

The Flat
It is a first-floor 3 bed flat in excellent condition with a large lounge, great new kitchen with lots of storage, a walk-in shower (and lovely tub!) in the main bathroom with separate toilet room and a SW facing patio.

The Flatmates
Our current flat mate Laura is moving in with her boyfriend so is unfortunately leaving this fantastic flat. You will be living with me (Amie) and Alex. We're both very easy to live with and are looking for someone friendly who we can relax with in the flat/local pub but who also has a social life of their own. The flat has been really well cared for; we are all clean and tidy and have treated this flat as our own.

The Location
The flat is located in an area in Vauxhall called ‘Little Portugal’ (just off the Wandsworth Road) on a cute little cobbled street which has a pub, a newsagents, an amazing BYOB curry house called ‘Hot Stuff’, hairdressers etc, all you need! And is across the road from a Sainsburys with Tesco and Waitrose also near! It is a 10 minute walk (max) from either Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line/Overground into Waterloo) or Stockwell (Northern Line), both of which have cheap gyms too! There are plenty of buses to get to Central London, Brixton, Wandsworth, Clapham etc. It is very well connected.

Rent/Bills
The rent is £780 per month and then £120 for all bills which includes Sky TV plus sports/Broadband (The broadband is unlimited and superfast!) council tax, gas, electric, water etc.

The landlords Rosie and Ned will require one months deposit from you which they will deposit in the tenancy deposit scheme set up by the government.
