Double available in lovely spacious townhouse

As I am relocating my lovely room is up for grabs.

The property is set back off the main road in an excellent location - walking distance to both Stockwell and Vauxhall stations. The bedroom is a good size with a wardrobe, clothing rail, drawers, desk, double bed and plenty of room on top of that. The kitchen is a good size with a large table, washing machine and dishwasher. As with the rest of the house the living room is a nice size too and has three large windows to let in the light. There's also storage throughout the property including a loft to store luggage in.

It also comes with two fabulous housemates - Deepthi and Claire. Both are young professionals and busy ladies but this is the type of house where you can come home and tell each other about your day over a glass of wine or a cup of tea. We're friends as well as housemates so the girls are looking for someone who wants a home not just a place to sleep.

The deposit it £1000 and the rent is £650 not including bills. Bills come to around £100. Unfortunately the landlady is only looking for females and non-smokers. There are seven months left on the current contract but the landlady is also hoping that whoever stays will want to renew.
