Double bedroom in recently refurbished flat

I'm looking for someone to share a lovely two bedroom flat that I've lived in for almost 2yrs now. My flatmate is sadly moving out in August and I love the flat too much to move out too.

It's in a great location with access to Lambeth North, Vauxhall, Kennington and Westminster stations all about a 10-15min walk away and a stone throw away from the river. It's been recently refurbished to a high standard so everything works.

The flat is on the ground floor in a quite area which is great given its central location. It has a good sized living room that leads to an outside patio, fully functioning kitchen and great bathroom (brilliant shower). We've kept the flat clean and tidy but cosy / lived in.

I guess I'd be described as a young professional in my early 30's. I'm quite homely and like all the usual things; cooking, relaxing with a good glass of wine/beer, runs along the river, reading the paper on a lazy Sunday with delicious coffee and a huge brunch etc. I'm looking for someone similar to share the flat with male/female preferably a non smoker.
