Bonnington Sq is a lovely community area with a small communal garden right behind the flat. Vauxhall station is less than a 5 minute walk so great transport links also.
We are planning to hold an open viewing night on the 14th August from 7pm so you can meet the current flatmates, please let me know if that suits and if you have any questions.
Contract to be signed til March 2017 and the room is available from Sunday 6th September, with some flexibility if we find a good fit.
The flat is shared with a two young professional women, an architect and project manager. Looking for a friendly flatmate to share good times but also happy to have down time.
