Hello! I'm looking to rent out the spare room in my modern flat in Vauxhall.

The room:
- Bright and spacious single room (roughly 4.1m by 2.7m), with a view of the Thames
- Fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers, bedside table and filing cabinet
- Separate dedicated bathroom with combined bath and shower

About the flat:
- 5th floor, 2-bedroom flat in the prestigious St George Wharf development
- Shared living room, with balcony and fully integrated kitchen
- One flatmate (hi!)

About the development:
- Concierge service
- Residents' gardens
- A variety of shops and amenities on site, including gym, hairdresser, GP, dry cleaner, restaurants and convenience store
- Adjacent to Vauxhall tube station and St George Wharf pier (for riverboat services), and across the road from Vauxhall bus and train stations

I work in management consulting, and I do some volunteering at Tate Britain in my spare time. I'm tidy and sensible, but friendly too.
