Double room, Zone 1, friendly flat share

Hello all,

We are three friendly guys, living in a maisonette at the top of a lovely town house in Vauxhall.

I, Matt, am sadly leaving after three happy years to move in with my girlfriend, freeing-up one of the double rooms.

The flat is spacious with all the standard mod-cons and a great living room at the top of the house with views across to the Shard, Big Ben and the Oval cricket ground.

The room itself is a good size with a built in wardrobe and room for a desk and chest of draws. You only have to share the bathroom with one other, as Nav's room is en-suite.

The flat itself is brilliantly situated being less than 10 minutes walk to Vauxhall and Oval tube stations. You can also be in Brixton and Clapham for the great food and drink in under 15-minutes.

There's great pubs nearby - including Thamesis Dock pub, moored on the River - and nice parks. Your also walking distance from a Lidl, Waitrose and Sainsbury's.

The flatmates Nav and Adrian are great guys - into films, books and the like - up for a pint and the odd Fentiman Arm's quiz, but have their own lives too. They're looking for someone similar to join the fray.
