Only 10 mins walk to East Putney Tube (District Line) and Putney High Street, Wandsworth Town Rail, and just minutes to the 37, 39 and 156 bus into Clapham.
Rent is £575 pcm + bills (approx. £68 each incl council tax, water, gas & electric, internet) - Great value for money in this area! Deposit is 6 weeks rent.
