We're two 28 year old city professionals looking to replace our current housemate. Both of us enjoy going out and would ideally want our new housemate to have a similarly active social life.

We live 3 mins walk from Shadwell Overground & DLR.
10 mins walk to Tower Hill Station.
15 Mins walk to the City.

House Bills are about £100/month each.
Referencing costs £42 through our letting agent, and on being successful £90 for the contract admin.
