Cheap room in great location for short term let

I'm going on holiday for a couple of months and I'm looking for someone to fill my room during that time.

The room is pretty small with enough space for a double bed and chest of drawers (plus wardrobe in hall), but the communal spaces are big (lounge and kitchen). Furniture is provided.

There's a basic sky package with unlimited broadband.

I'll be in a different time zone relatively soon so it might take me a while to respond to your messages, apologies in advance.
