This is a wonderful flat overlooking a canal in the heart of Wapping. The flat is on two floors with a newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there is a large living room with a corner sofa and dining table which can seat up to 8 people (perfect for dinner parties!). Just off the living room is a kitchen with a dishwasher/washing machine and a newly installed fridge.

On the second floor there are three bedroom and a bathroom. All three of the bedrooms overlook a square with the canal to the right. The available bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and two mirrors.

The area of Wapping is quiet and peaceful even though it is a 15 minute walk from the Tower of London. There is a large waitrose a 5 minute walk away, and it is approx 5 minutes to the main high street with a post office, local butchers and various coffee shops.

The current two tenants (1 boy and 1 girl) are both working professionals, one of them works in the charity sector and one is currently in the first year of their training contract. The property is owned by the current girl tenants mother who provides constant care and support to the property.

They are both aged between 24-26 and looking to meet a sociable person who enjoys cooking, eating lovely dinners together, going to have a quick pint in one of the wonderful local pubs of Wapping, and enjoying the odd rom-com.

The person would need to move in for the 1st November and the deposit would be one month's rent (£555).
