The apartment has modern fixtures and fittings, simple décor and plenty of communal space. Separate (shared) bathroom and toilet, modern kitchen and large open plan living and dining room with comfy corner sofa, flat screen cable TV and WiFi. We have a dishwasher (!), washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a small balcony.

The bedroom is a good size, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and cupboard. The property is arranged over the third and fourth floors of the block – please note there is no lift.

We’re outgoing, sociable people that like to travel, tend to work quite long hours and go out most weekends but also like to chill at home and have friends over from time to time. Would like to live with similar, young professional, friendly people. Non-smokers preferred.
