Room going in a great flat by Waterloo

Flat is ex-council about 3 minutes walk from both Waterloo and Lambeth North Stations. It's pretty small but has a shared living room and reasonably sized kitchen. I've lived here for the past year and haven't had any problems. Would like to live with someone who is clean and tidy but laid-back. I enjoy a class of wine in the evenings, going to the gym, reading watching tv and cooking. I'm a fairly socialable person and would preferably like to live with someone who shared my interests, but this is not essential. I work reasonably long hours and therefore would be leaving early in the morning and back in the evenings, I spent most weekends in and around London too.
