After 16 months of flat sharing in this spacious and centrally located flat; my existing flatmate has bought his own place and shall be moving out.

Consequently, I am looking for a flatmate of similar age who is conscientious, has good personal hygiene & generally possesses a positive outlook on life.

The bedroom is large, unfurnished and provides an amazing view of the Shard.

Rent is exclusive of council tax and utilities. Additionally the flat is managed on behalf of a charity by an agency who shall require a credit check, references, an agency fee in addition to 6 weeks deposit.

Mutually convenient viewings and a chat over coffee/tea/wine can be arranged.

A little about myself: I work in the healthcare industry. My flatmate describes me as positive, sociable, independent, somewhat quirky and super clean.
