We are 2 friendly profesionnals moving in a 3 bedroom flat and willing to rent out the 3rd bedroom to a friendly female.
About the flat...
The flat is at a 2 minute walk from waterloo station and close to all amnities.
It has been recently fully renovated and is in very good condition. It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator. We have move on Saturday and we are renting the flat part-furnished, therefore we still have to buy furnitures for the living room (nice large living room) and get internet. This will be done ASAP.
About the room...
The bedroom has got a double bed and a wardrobe. The pictures have been taken while we were visiting the flat and don't give full justice to the place. The bedroom is now furnished.
We share one bathroom. There are seperate toilets.
The price is 190 pw bills included for a short let and 175pw excluding bills for a long let.
