After 5 years of living here I am sad to to say that I have decided to move out of this lovely flat, to move in with my boyfriend.

This beautiful & cosy flat is situated at the heart of West End Lane. Close to bars, restaurants and all the amenities in West Hampstead. On Saturdays there is a lovely farmers market across the road.

The flat is 1 minute walk to all the main transportations :-
- West Hampstead Tube (Jubilee line),
- West Hampstead Thameslink across the road which takes you to Kings Cross in 7mins & direct to Luton/Gatwick airport.
- Overground trains across the road,
- 10 minutes walk to Finchley Road Tube.
- 10 minutes on the tube to Baker Street.
- 30 minutes bus ride to Nottinghill.

You can see why I have been staying here for 5 years! It's great to be so close to the tube especially in winter when you do not want to spend so much time waiting for the bus or walking home after coming out from the tube.

Windows are all double glazed. The building looks new and has been built to a modern finish. We have a built-in wardrobe which does not look like the average wooden run-down shack. Perfect for someone who is looking for a good home for their clothes. Cupboards, doors, everything you get in the flat looks real modern and clean. We have a huge gated carpark area which you can rent out. You can also request to use the carpark when you need. The management office is just downstairs so it's been really handy to have them so close. They have a personal handy man that will come by and fix anything that is broken in the flat.

The flat is close to Finchley's 02 arena which boasts a huge Sainsbury, Vue cinema, Habitat & Homebase.

Bills will come up to about £100 a month - council tax, internet, cable, home content insurance & gas.

I have been living with the housemate for 3 years now and you can tell by how long we have been living together that she is very considerate. She is also very neat so you will never come back to a messy home.
