We are 2 guys and 1 girl looking to replace one of our flatmates who is moving out (she brought her own place) at mid of December.

The room available is a double room. The room comes with a double bed and double wardrobe for storage. It's very cosy with high ceilings and great value for money.

Room rent is £792 per month + Bills.

The flat is huge and airy with a large lounge, Sky TV and high speed internet, well equipped kitchen with dining table, and bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is also a separate toilet as well as the one in the main bathroom.

The landlord is really great and fixes any issues in the flat within a couple of days. We have had no issues with the management company at all.

Bills come to approx £127 per month. This covers electric, water, internet, Sky, a cleaner who comes once a week and a kitty to cover communal things we need for the flat. Total a month is £919 incl rent & all bills.

The flat is situated just off West End Lane, a stone’s throw from plenty of bars and restaurants. A 4 minute walk to West Hampstead Underground and Overground stations, and 2 minutes from the Thameslink. You couldn't get any better location for this rent!

We’re all in our early thirties and are looking for a laid-back, and tidy who can easily fit into our sociable flat.

Our flatmate is moving because she has brought her own place otherwise she would not be leaving this gorgeous flat!
