Due to the size of the room and flat, it would be ideal for a professional couple.

The flat has 2 couples already living here and we share the kitchen and living room (with TV and crockery/cooking utensils all provided). You will only be sharing the main bathroom and toilet with 1 other couple. If you would like pictures of the shared areas I'm happy to send some.

The flat is perfectly located with a large Waitrose (10 seconds) and Sainsbury's (2 minutes) walk away. There are lots of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep with the O2 centre a 150m stroll which has a cinema and shops.

Regents park is a 20 minute walk and Hampstead heath is 15 minute away too.

Finchley road tube station is a 10 second walk from the flat. Jubilee and Metropolitan line both serve the station and you can be in Bond street within 7 mins. There are a host of buses/night buses that can be used to get to almost anywhere in London.

There is also a taxi rank opposite the flat.

The pictures don't do the size of the room justice, it would definitely suit a couple.

Again couples are very welcome but it is an extra £50 for bills.
