Flatmate sought:
Flat has always fostered a young professional atmosphere, allowing for both fun & relaxation - the intention is to keep it that way!
Other:
Bills £100/month on top of rent, but the total monthly payment for the room is flexible for the right person (that means the amount rather than whether or not it's paid!).
Strong preference for a female, but open to considering gents.
