Beautiful Small Double Room In West Hampstead

I am leaving my beautiful flatshare for a place on my own, so looking for someone to replace me. date of moving negotiable.

THE FLAT & THE AREA
I have been in the flat for 1 year now. The flat is by all means great, really quiet and homy. Moneywise really good for the area (650+approx. 130 for expenses and council tax, so 780 all together). It is a 2bedroom split floor, so the 2 rooms (a big double and a smaller double) are quite far from each other, which is great. We have a living room, and an open-plan kitchen. The area is wonderful, with a lot of shops, cafeterias, markets, restaurants and all sort of amenities, and not far from Hampstead Heath. Swiss cottage leisure centre is close too.

THE ROOM
The room available is a beautiful small double with amazing storage capacities. It is overlooking a quiet street and a few rooftops.

YOUR FLATMATE
Your flatmate (ie my current flatmate) is a great guy, nice and social from France who works in a marketing company.
