About the flat: I have a single bedroom to rent right in the heart of West Hampstead, less than 3 minutes walk to all the West Hampstead Stations. The 3-bedroom flat is situated in a mansion block on West End Lane (opposite the Tescos), and is fully furnished (90% newly refurbished in October). All the furniture in the single room is brand new, with a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The living room has a 40 inch TV as well as 3 sofas, all electric leather recliners. There is a dining room with a 5ft round table, and a small balcony overlooking West End Lane. The toilet is in a separate room next door to the bathroom, which contains a new shower, cabinet and 3 shelves providing ample storage space. Finally, the kitchen contains marble counter tops, complete with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, George Foreman grill and all other basic appliances (toaster, kettle, etc.).

I am 24, and currently work in the hospitality industry. I work relatively hard during the week, but try to get out for a few drinks once a week midweek, and I like to relax at weekends, either watching sports or heading out with friends. I play tennis/football, and try to go the gym as often as I can. I am looking for another young professional to fill the room, and enjoy the flat and the area as much as I do.

The room is £175, not including bills.

I have 100MB Virgin Broadband and the best TV package out there, including Sky Sports, Sky Movies, BT sport and ESPN. I am covering the TV/broadband myself, so the bills are limited to household utilities (heating, electricity, etc.) and generally come to £90-£110 a month.
