I am going away for the summer and letting my lovely double en-suite bedroom between June and September. The room is in a spacious first floor flat which spreads over the entire above-ground floor of a four floor building. It has a kitchen, large living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's central heating, well equipped eat-in kitchen, entry phone, 2 balconies, broadband & satellite TV and a lovely big garden which is perfect for barbecues and the occasional sunbathing session. Residents parking is available.

The available bedroom has an en suite bathroom, large built-in wardrobe and plenty of space.

Utility bills are included.

Location: The flat is in a great location, on a quiet street but a 3 minute walk to West End Lane with many shops, cafes, bars, banks, etc. Plenty of public transport options in close proximity - tube, overground, rail and buses.

The Flatmates: 31 year-old male landscaper and 29 year-old male engineer. I am the live-in landlord (32 year old female working in TV production) and I am going away for the summer to work abroad so I am looking for a nice person to rent my room between 1st June and 15th September. Shorter Leases will be considered.

You: We are all close friends so we are looking for an easy-going young professional, fun, clean and friendly, who will fit well in our tight-knit household. There will be an additional £25 fee per week for couples.
