GREAT DBL room in West Hampstead

Looking for a place that isn’t just a flatshare, but a cozy home? This could be for you!

The room is a really a lovely sized double and comes with a double bed and two large built in wardrobes. Viewing this flat is definitely recommended. We have a large living room which is a great. The kitchen isn't huge but has everything you need including a washing machine. There is a balcony off my bedroom which you are welcome to use (provided I'm not asleep :-) and it's lovely in the summer.

The bills come to just over £100 a month and that includes council tax, water, Virgin Media tv, Wifi and a bi weekly Cleaner. Gas and electric are about £100 each or less for a quarter (much less in the summer).

I have stayed in this flat for 4 years and loved making this place my home so I am looking for someone who would like to do the same.

I will always respect someone’s privacy but I also want to live with someone that I can be social with and sometimes share some wine and a good chat or crap tv at the end of a long day. Im a producer a a production company and can have crazy working weeks but I like to chill out and have fun at the weekend.

The flat itself is in a great location and is really reasonably priced considering the size of the rooms and it's positioning.

At the top of the road there is a Tesco and Sainsburys, there is also a Waitrose near by. If that doesn't excite you West Hampstead is full of gorgeous restaurants and bars as well.

The tube which is on the jubilee line (and about 10 min from Central London) is a 5 - 7 min walk. The overground and thameslink are less than 5 and there are loads of buses as well.
