Looking for a student to replace me as I will be completing my course and going back home for good in the summer (July to September). Starting date is negotiable, but end date is 6th September 2014 as per the tenancy agreement. The new resident will be signing the contactual agreement with the management of the building directly, so it is very safe and reliable.

Big and very comfortable fully furnished ensuite room in a safe, residential area in Zone 2. Less than 2 minutes walk to West Hampstead underground station, overground station, bus stop and national rail trainlink - superb location, well-connected to over 20 major universities (and almost any place inside and outside London!).

2 train stops away from Hampstead Heath - perfect for a morning jog in the summer months, and between 2-6 minutes walk from the closest kebab shop, printing shop, Dominos, Nandos, Pizza Express, GBK, Sainsburys, Tesco Express, Costa, Starbucks (2 of them rather) and more.

The room is on the second floor of one of the four buildings in the residence (there is a spacious courtyard area and giant chess set in between the 4 buildings).
It is a cluster flat setting with separate living/TV/kitchen area - all the flatmates are extremely friendly students of different nationalities, backgrounds and universities.

This is a new accommodation - just opened in September 2013, so in a great condition with staff coming in for weekly cleaning of common areas and daily disposal of trash (very convenient for student life!). Individual rooms can be cleaned by staff at a minimum cost as well; and hoovers and irons can be borrowed from reception whenever required.
There is 24 hours security, designated smoking zones and CCTV cameras well located all around the residence. Overnight and visiting guests are allowed for upto 3 days at a time - increased length of stay can be accommodated by the management, especially for family or valid reasons.

Internet (wi-fi and individual highspeed broadband cable) is provided, fully-functioning gym, laundry services conveniently located within the residence, common room with arcade games, air hockey and TV, and your very own Cinema Room with beanbags!!

This is considered one of the best and most value for money residences found in London and is ideal whether you enjoy a quiet night studying in your room, a casual dinner down the street with friends, or want to party the night away at the club. Very close to central London, yet a fair distance to have your own peace, quiet and independence when you like it.
