Comfortable and bright double bedroom

Hello everybody!

Our lovely household is looking for a new housemate to fill a cosy room in our Masionette with 4 bedrooms, 1 separate living room, 2 bathrooms and a newly fitted kitchen.

The room is ideal for a pleasant, easy going professional who is looking for an affordable and relaxed space. The room itself is cosy and comes with a double bed, mirror, some shelves and wall-to-wall wardrobe space. Additional furniture is also potentially available if needed – just ask!

We are an incredibly chilled-out bunch consisting of a female Australian drama / writer / fashionista?, a female German translator / baker-extraordinaire and a male Australian business-school / consulting / social-impact fellow. We all have our own social lives and have also been known to spend time chatting away in the kitchen / local watering-hole.

The house itself has excellent transport links with a lot of great restaurants (cheap Indian and Thai in particular), grocery stores (Sainsbury) and shops in the area.

References are essential, with one month deposit and one month rent in advance. Monthly rent for the room is 650 per month, with bills an additional 70-80 per month (council ~34, internet ~6, water ~10, gas ~8, elect ~12).
