Bright double room in West Hampstead/ Abbey Road

Double room in Abbey Road available from April 12th.

We're looking for a social flatmate who fits in our friendly flatshare. We all have our own lives but we find it important to feel 'home' in our house.

Closest tube stations are West Hampstead (Jubilee Line) or Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line), 8 min walk each. You also have buses stopping right in front of the flat, including the day/night bus 139 that connects to central London - Oxford Circus/ Piccadilly. The overground Kilburn High Road is 4 min walk too.
The flat is in a very nice residential neighborhood, with a couple of great pubs and restaurants 2 minutes down the road. Tesco/Sainsbury on your way from the tube.

We are 3 in the flat, sharing a large and bright living room with TV, internet, sofas and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped (including washing machine and dishwasher).

We all get on very well together and enjoy sharing time together on the evenings/ weekends, being as well independent.

Sadly, one of us is leaving the flat as she got a new job proposition abroad :-( . The current flatmates are 1 Spanish girl who has been living in London for the past 2 years. She is currently studying a masters degree. The other flatmate is working as an web developer in the city.

The room has lots of storage space and one wardrobe, several chest of drawers, a double bed, a night stand, etc.

The rent is £675 per month excluding bills. Deposit is 6 weeks.
