Double room in PRIME Location in West Hampstead

We have a double bedroom available for rent asap in our modern flat in the heart of West Hampstead (NW6 1QT).
We are looking for a 20-35 year old(non-smoker) to share with two others, one female and one male in the their early 30's.

The Flat:

The flat is a spacious, three-bedroom, two-floor affair with wooden floors throughout the first floor, and quality carpet downstairs. Upstairs opens into a large open living room and kitchen, separated by a very handy breakfast bar, the main bathroom, and one of the bedrooms. The kitchen area has marble counters throughout and plenty of storage space, while the living area is replete with marble fireplace, brand new comfy sofas, quality TV with Virgin sport and movies package, and a small dining table. Downstairs are a further two bedrooms.

The Room:

The room is a double, furnished with bed, bedside table and cupboard. It's not the biggest room in the world but it's perfectly comfortable!

The Housemates:

You'll be sharing with two professionals (one male and one female) from Australia and England. Both are awesome and very friendly, enjoy sport, exercise, socialising, travelling and heading out most weekends. We would like someone that is outgoing, sociable and friendly. We are clean and tidy and like to keep the place looking sharp too so we would expect anyone new to share those ideals.

The Location:
We are right in the middle of West
Hampstead, just off West End Lane, an awesome place full of nice cafes, quality restaurants, and great pubs. A Sainsbury's and Tescos a minute away, and a bigger Sainsbury's at Finchley Road. Finchley Road and Swiss Cottage are both within 10 minutes and good for movie-going and shopping. The transport links are brilliant as well: We are about 4 minute walk from the underground (Jubilee Line), the Overground, and the Thameslink (8 minutes from Kings X), or alternatively the 139 will take you straight in to Oxford Street and or to Trafalgar Sq.

The Financials:

£676 per month paid direct to the agency on 1 of each month in advance.
Plus bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, Virgin TV and internet) come to about £120 a month, paid to whichever of the housemates is responsible for the particular bill. We have a cleaner once every two weeks for £12 each. The deposit is £900 payable to the guy who is leaving. You'll then be added to the tenancy agreement and as it is all managed through a property lettings agency they'll be keen on getting a couple of reference checks for you (which cost us £100 or so each if I remember rightly)
