Good sized double room, with a large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV aerial, and ensuite bathroom. The flat itself is on a quiet residential street right in the centre of West Hampstead and all the local amenities. It is lovely and homely with a fully furnished, bright living room / kitchen area and all the usual mod cons - washer/dryer, dishwasher, broadband, Virgin TV etc. Street parking is also available with a permit.

West Hampstead is a great area and everything you need is within walking distance - gyms, supermarkets, fantastic restaurants/pubs/cafes, Hampstead Heath etc. Transport links are also brilliant with the underground (Jubilee line), overground and Thameslink all c. 5 minutes from the flat.

A bit about me...I'm very friendly, tidy and considerate and am looking for someone similar. I work in finance and am therefore not around much during the week. I'm fairly independent but would like someone to chill out with when we're both around.

The rent is £960pcm plus c.£150 for all bills (gas/elec, water, council tax, Virgin). There's also a fortnightly cleaner that comes in. 6 weeks deposit will be required as well as an £85 administrative fee.

The room is available from the end of May but there is some flexibility.
