I'm an artist and academic and am looking for someone who is like-minded and truly independent who enjoys a chat over a glass of wine from time to time. I am really keen on getting the right flatmate who will enjoy living in this type of creative, bookish, somewhat funky environment.

The flat is in a small Victorian block close to all West End Lane amenities including cafes, restaurants and shops. It is five minutes walk from West Hampstead Thameslink and West Hampstead Overground and about 7 mins walk from the jubilee line at West Hampstead Tube. There are also plenty of buses into town or to Notting Hill.
