Hi! Very friendly flat looking for a lovely new flatmate!! We have a double room with en-suite bathroom available to rent in a spacious flat in West Hampstead. Available from the end of March, flexible with the move in date. The flat is five min walk from West Hampstead stations, in a typical quite and residential street just off the West End Lane, 30 seconds walking distance from restaurants, shops and coffee shops. The room is a double with en-suite bathroom, fully furnished. There is a communal live-in kitchen with dishwasher, dryer, personal fridge and lots of storage space. A cosy communal studio is also present, with a comfy couch, virgin TV and Netflix. A well kept garden and benches area is also available for residents of the building.

All bills are included as well as Virgin TV and broadband.

We are looking for friendly and professional flatmate who likes a calm and clean home as well as a fun and sociable environment! Our interests are cooking, movies, chatting over a bottle of wine, afternoon running, going to local coffee shops and pubs as well as spending time for ourself when needed. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy at all time, even though we are not cleaning maniacs! Friends are welcome, however weekdays are generally quite and relaxing. There is a cleaner coming once a week to do the communal areas, that's an extra £20 per person per month.
