This is an absolutely wonderful household with two very friendly house-mates available from the start of February. We are seeking a sociable, professional couple that enjoys nights in and out, to be friends and well as flatmates.

It is a two-story flat, just a 5 minute walk from West Hampstead Underground and Overground stations and a 5 minute walk from Finchley Road.

The room comes fully furnished as pictured - excluding the book shelf. That means you get a double bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and two cupboards.

We have a large shared living room with two new sofas, a coffee table and satellite TV. Plenty of room for a great night in.

The flat has a separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen includes everything you could ever need to cook with, and dedicated cupboards and shelves in the fridge and freezer for each house-mate.

There is also a small private storage shed to store bicycles and other larger items. There are also lots of cupboards throughout the house for storage.

Bills are split evenly between the occupants of the household which is £70pcm for four people. This includes high speed internet (100Mb fibre), water, gas, electricity and council tax.

We also have two playful friendly cats.
