Hello! We have a lovely double room available in our 3 bed first floor flat in West Hampstead. This spacious room has plenty of built in storage (massive built in wardrobes and is lovely and bright overlooking the rear garden. The flat itself is very sunny and done up to a great standard - the kitchen offers lots of storage (and has a 5 burner gas stove - I know that's a draw for budding chefs out there), a huge lounge with really high ceilings and a modern bathroom which you only have to share with one other flatmate (the other has ensuite).

The flat is well-located, just 5 mins from South Hampstead Overground, 10 minutes from Finchley Road Tube and 10 mins from West Hampstead Tube and Overground and the Thameslink. There's a Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Tesco all nearby as well as all the amenities on Finchley Road or West End Lane.

We are two girls in our early thirties, one is a doctor, the other works in marketing. We're ideally looking for a female or male professional of similar age to join our relaxed and friendly household. We like to socialise at home or go out for a drink or meal, and have some down time on our own too, so basically just looking for a normal person with a balanced lifestyle to join us!
