Good sized double room with en-suite available in a 3 bed flat share in West Hampstead. The flat is on Lyncroft Gardens, just down from all the shops, restaurants and pubs on West End Lane. You’d be sharing with two lovely girls (Rachel and Abi) both in their mid-twenties who are working professionals and both really welcoming and outgoing.

Room is fully furnished with a double bed, two huge wardrobes, two chest of drawers and a private en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Plenty of storage space. Both the room and en-suite have been decorated fairly recently.

The flat itself (as you’ll see from the photos) is spacious and light, with a large kitchen with dining area and large lounge area. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, gas central heating and broadband. We also have a cleaner every fortnight so the flat is really clean and tidy.

Really good for transport - about an 8 minute walk to West Hampstead Thameslink and West Hampstead tube, 8 minute walk to Finchley Road and Frognal overground, 10-15 minutes to Hampstead and 10-15 minutes to Finchley Road (and the O2 centre which has a great cinema, massive Sainsburys and Virgin gym)
