We have a lovely double room available from 21 September in West Hampstead in a spacious flat, sharing with two friendly easy-going professionals.

The room comes with a double bed, desk, two large cupboards and plenty of storage space. The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and a large living room. There is also access to a shared courtyard which is perfect for barbeques in the summer.

The rent is £620 per month and bills are £130 per month and cover everything including electricity, water, gas, council tax, broadband and a cleaner who comes once a week.

The transport links in the area are great and the flat is about 10 minutes’ walk from West Hampstead tube station (jubilee line), West Hampstead Thameslink and West Hampstead overground station.

We are looking for a relaxed, sociable and conscientious flatmate to take over my room when I move out.
