* We offer a spacious big en-suite double bedroom for a single occupant or a couple looking for a place to relax after long days at work. We're a working couple who love cooking, travelling, easy-going, enjoy a chat once in a while with the housemates and looking for like-minded people to share the house with.
There is a single room currently occupies by 1 English guy.
We all hard working proffessional, we are out most days except some evenings in for dinner and such. If you're looking for a quiet house to share with, we're the right place.
Attention: No LIVING ROOM, No PARKING.

* It's a first floor flat, located in a lovely period building in a fantastic location in West Hampstead, moments from the shops and restaurants on West End Lane, and a five minute walk to the Underground Jubilee Line, Overground and Thameslink stations (even we still sometimes find ourselves lucky to be so close to all these transport links).

There is big Waitrose down the road and you can take the bus back after groceries shopping which will stop right in front of the house. There is O2 centre in Finchley Road which is 15 mins walk as well which you can reach Homebase, big Sainsbury's plus Vue cinema and places to eat for a night out.

* Wifi internet and all bills (council tax, electric, gas, water) are included.

A fitted kitchen to share with 2 (or 3) others.

* The house is peaceful and quiet. Please respect the other housemates and refrain from noise after 10pm.
