Fun and friendly flatmate wanted

Hello, we are looking for a friendly and relaxed 4th female to join our lovely home in West Hampstead as sadly our flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. We are looking for a professional female in late 20s to late 30s.

It's a lovely 4 bedroomed house which has recently been refurbished with big and spacious rooms situated over two floors. We have a huge kitchen with all electrical appliances and a table for dining if wanted. The living room is also very spacious with all furniture and a big dining table which is great for flat dinners or inviting friends over. We have central heating and internet broadband also.

The bedroom is a cosy double room furnished with a double bed, two fitted wardrobes and a bookshelf and it is on the quiet side of the house with the added bonus of stunning views over London!

The house is on a quiet, residential street with lots of local amenities close by such as green grocer, cafe, beautician and dry cleaners and is very close to West Hampstead high street which is full of shops and bars and very good transport links with the underground, over ground and Thameslink.

The room is £807/month incl all bills, with £750 deposit plus agency fees.

The room is available on October 19th but if needed slightly earlier this may be possible also.
