I am moving out of my beloved West Hampstead flat and am looking for an easy going person, who wants to be part of our flatshare and take my spot. You will be accompanied by two respectful, dynamic and interested men, who are both pursuing their profession as an Actor. They are relaxed and tidy and give other personalities space to be themselves in their home, since it is the only place you can be just they way you are.
The flat has a nice kitchen , equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, and everything a kitchen needs.
The bathroom is comfortable and clean, and we have three rooms.

The flat is 10 minutes away from Kilburn High Street and around 15 minutes from Finchley Road.

We also have the West Hampstead tube station right up the street and the 139 (24hour) bus to Waterloo station stops right in front of our place.

It is a very safe and lovely area with pubs and restaurants and gorcery shops.

There is also a balcony and a shared garden with playground available.

The rent is 527, 22 pounds
and the bills are around 50 pound a month . If you use less, you pay less.

Of course, there is Wi-Fi with good connection. And we've got a brand new boiler in the flat.
